At Fargo’s FX, we’ve been “keeping it fresh since 2012”, and yes, we’re still bragging about it. Since opening our doors in February 2012, our mission has been simple: serve up bold, globally inspired dishes with a fresh, family-style twist. The menu’s changed a bit (we like to keep things interesting), but our love for fresh, made to order meals? That’s stayed rock solid. Freshness isn’t just a buzzword around here, it’s kind of our thing.

HOW TO FX
There's a couple of ways to FX with us. Option 1 is to click and collect (see the button on the top right of the page) or option 2 is to get the full FX experience and come to us at the A38 Last Exit or one of our pop-up locations, where you can order and eat in your car. Great for dates, mates or the whole family.

“I came across this place by chance on Instagram and I’m glad I did. The only item I tried from the menu was the ribeye steak sando. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection, the sando was fully loaded, had the right amount of cheese and had the perfect amount of chimichurri sauce inside. It was absolutely mind blowing and I will definitely be making the trip to Birmingham once again just to have this sando!”

“Went to the fargos at the A38 last exit. Quality of food was amazing, steak was tender and soft. Ordered the truffle ribeye sandwich and the steak loaded fries and it was genuine quality. Service was good, food came out fast even though it was busy. Manager even came to our car after to ask how we found the food and make sure it was quality”
